Founder and CEO
Jim grew up on the family farm just south of Rimbey, AB. After graduating from Olds College with his Farm and Ranch diploma, he moved back to Rimbey and began farming with his father Ron. After farming together for numerous years, Jim took over the family farm and his father Ron retired. Jim has enjoyed a long and successful career in agriculture with numerous personal and business achievements.
One of the most notable achievements being his development of the Frostfree Nosepump. He has now passed on the reins of the farm to the younger of his two sons, Brendon.
Passing on the now third generation farm to Brendon has given Jim more time to pursue his two biggest passions; Frostfree Nosepumps Ltd. and the Anderson’s retirement home on the edge of the family farm.

Jeff also grew up on the family farm in Rimbey, AB. After graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce, he set out to develop the business skills he needed to be in business for himself.
During the following 10 years after completion of his degree, Jeff acquired skills in payroll, advertising, sales, marketing, and sales management predominantly in the motorsports industry. He then started his own little hotshot/moving company previous to having the opportunity to join forces with his parents at Frostfree Nosepumps Ltd. Although still a shareholder in the company and interested in the progress, Jeff has returned full time to the motorsport industry.
